Damaged or wrong items

Email support@gelstormtoys.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Other returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.

Refunds are sent in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide.
